We've planned hundreds of weddings in Bali, so we have everything you need covered. Every wedding is different and we understand every couple may have special personal elements they would like to include, so this is simply a guide to what is normally included in our weddings at the Royal Pita Maha.

Event Planning

A professional and experienced planning and admin team on the ground in Bali who will be in regular contact with you by phone, skype and/or email

A simple step-by-step guided process so you know what to expect and when

The planning service is extended to you for up to 2 years from your wedding date


200m² Deluxe Pool Villa including superking sized bed, private pool,

Attendance of your Botanica wedding planner to ensure everything goes according to plan, without a hitch

along with printed order of the day for each of your guests

Professional sound system and microphone

Choice of 3 magical ceremony locations, either under a floral archway in a Garden of Eden setting overlooking the Holy Water Fall, or at Kadasa Waters, on an infinity pool overlooking the dramatic jungle valley, or at The Sacred Riverside Pavilion, a beautiful all weather pavilion with simple white draping nestled aside the sacred Ayung River.

Western Celebrant to perform your commitment ceremony. Legal arrangements available upon request.

Ceremony styling, including up to 29 sashed and covered chairs

Dear Botanica team. We have just returned home to WA following our daughter and new son in laws wedding at the Royal Pita Maha Ubud Bali on the 9/9/17.
