We really can’t fault the Botanica Team, especially Trasti and yourself for your help in making our day such as special occasion. Trasti was fantastic from day one, keeping us regularly updated and offering great advice. Nothing was too difficult for her to do. Your involvement on the day was invaluable in helping the wedding run smoothly and picking up on details that we wouldn’t have thought of such as the return of our belongings, etc. Our guests were blown away with the experience and are still talking about it. We had many comments made to us post wedding from our guests. They were particularly impressed with the location by the river, the detail put into the reception and especially the fire dancers. Many guests ;commented that it was the best wedding they had been too. The highlights for us were: The location. Amazing The coordination of the Botanica team and the communication to us. Reception was out of this world and the attention to detail was very noticeable, particularly the decoration of the table. All the staff were great, especially the bar staff, waiters, baby sitters, etc Fire Dancers was something we loved. Really bought the whole Bali experience together and was great to share this cultural dance with our guests. Photographer was brilliant Ita the makeup artist. She was really calm and patient and made the experience easy and relaxing. We knew it was going to be a really special day, but it exceeded our expectations. We really didn’t know how good it would be and it was an exceptional day.

As someone who has worked juggling DJing and MCing getting a bridal party ready for reception intros that is a 1/10th what you all balanced and was incredible. I do also think your Poppy online portal is a master stroke and something that really is a game changer for wedding planning. I said in the speech that it took any stress away in planning and it truly did.
